Take a deep breath into your belly, exhale and follow your breath up and out of thenose as it leaves the belly, through the ribcage, to the throat and out of the mouth. Repeat the same breath, but on the inhale try holding the breath for 2 seconds before the 3 part exhale.Blow on the tip of the thumb (google “why blowing on the tip of the thumb may be calming”)Perhaps as you do this breath, repeating 5x, you think the following thought: I am divinely guided and all is well *say this as you imagine what it would feel like to be worry free — once complete you will notice a higher level of peace upon you.Imagine noticing yourself, just observe yourself worrying, fully feel that andonce it has been fully felt just release the worryMaybe you get a stress ball and focus in each muscle in your hand as you squeeze instead of your worry consider each musle you feel tightening with your grip, use all of your strength — channel your worry into the ball and as you release the stress ball so too release your worry, replace your thought immediately to what the task at hand you arecompleting is.Self-help books, hypnosis session, pick up new hobbies the world is yours!!!
