Pros:
It's light on the resources, only 100KB. It can be hidden in the tray.
There's a portable version. You can use it on USB on any Windows PC.
You can assign more than one function to the same Hotkey, prompting you into a menu when pressed.
For simple text, even a child could use this program.
Cons:
The documentation/Faqs are hard to understand for non-technical people.
