I love how dialects work!
Arabic/Islamic greeting is "السلام عليكم."
- If I'm speaking normal (Modern Standard) Arabic, I'll pronounce it: "Assa'lamu Alai'kum"
- If I'm speaking Libyan I'll pronounce it "Isslam' Aleekum" I might say "Slam elikum" when I speak faster.
