Google Dino is a Demake of the dinosaur infinite runner that comes with Google Chrome browser. This TIC-80 version is made by K_O_T_I_K.
The game plays exactly like the original. If you're not familiar with it, it's an infinite runner where you play as a tyrannosaurs Rex. You have to avoid Cactus by jumping over them. If you collide with one you lose.
It's a simple improve your high-score game!
The main difference between the original and this demake is that in Google Dino you control the T-Rex with a mouse click instead of the keyboard. Also, the collision detection is kind of weird. Sometimes I get a game over when I feel I shouldn't. Other than that, there isn't much to say about it.
I find it funny that someone actually remade this game for TIC-80. It's not amazing of a game even by TIC-80 standards, yet it has its charms. I for one, love the original and find myself playing with it when some website (or my Internet router) stops working. It does its job as a time killer.
