As every vote has a timestamp, it is not nice to see votes coming in far too late. During the last week i sent some notes with the memo and payed out nevertheless.
From now on those votes will not be counted anymore. i will take the steemd data as a reference and split between votes occuring on the day of posting and the two following ones.
i hope this makes it a bit clearer for you. it makes it a lot easier for me and a whole lot fairer for those who voted correctly.
here once again the current rules. i am open to suggestions how to make them even clearer...
