To examine a system like this in a one-dimensional metric like fairness ignores the more real and more ethereal benefits that a system may incur 1) at any given meeting, but more importantly 2) as a value-growth of future contributions compared to the current ones. This second point is the real value I feel isn’t well explored in current F-Gov systems

What you mention here looks a lot like Fractal Dynamics, which is the subject of research (and simulation) of Jordan Ackerman; a fractally member who is currently taking Fractal Democracy to the Santa Fé institute for investigation. You may want to take a look at his post on the fractally website.

Regarding your other points, during today's Fractally meeting I realized that whatever analysis regarding this whole protocol is done, it has to take into consideration how things are tackled in the UI.

So, I'm postponing any further reasoning until an actual UI can be used.
