En eso consiste la vida, en disfrutar de cada instante. Es permitirse bajar el ritmo e ir contemplando detenidamente lo que nos rodea.
Detenerse y tomar otro camino, uno menos transitado marca la diferencia. Hacer una pausa, respirar caminar ligero, tomar conciencia del momento presente, estar atento a los detalles y al sonido del mundo, a la belleza que se escapa al estar inmerso en lo cotidiano.

That is what life is all about, enjoying every moment. It is to allow ourselves to slow down and contemplate carefully what surrounds us.
Stopping and taking another road, a less traveled one makes all the difference. To pause, to breathe and walk lightly, to become aware of the present moment, to be attentive to the details and the sound of the world, to the beauty that escapes by being immersed in the everyday.
