With the current central banks policies of having negative interest rates and more QE, then silver at $700 is well achievable. If not cheap.

YOU CANNOT KEEP PRINTING FIAT CURRENCY. THEN IT BECOMES MONOPOLY MONEY , THAT IS WORTHLESS. ALTHOUGH THAT IS WHAT FIAT CURRENCY HAS ALWAYS BEEN - BACKED BY NOTHING!!!
