Jim Richards says that the missing $21 trillion is just bad/sloppy accounting. In essence, he dismissed the findings of Dr Mark Skidmore. Having been convinced about this, I now somewhat uncertain.
As you said in a previous comment reply, it's good to listen to many analysts/forecasters and get a broad understanding/view as each have there own individual analysis of what is happening. The consensus overall is that nothing been fixed since 2008 and more and more debt has been created and that we are heading for a financial collapse.
