Quite a interesting interview.

The $21 trillion of missing dollars from the U.S. federal budget is sensational/unbelievable that this could happen, but as he and others say the evidence is overwhelming! His reasoning that it's being used to purchase unwanted US debt explains quite a few things - though I think it only based on conjecture.
