Okay but what if you pull a Dagan for free from a WR pack, you build a deck around it and share with other people. Would you tell others the deck is F2P? Because other people would have to pay $20-30 to get Dagan, as the chance to get it is so low that it is unpractical for anyone to expect to get it for free. So you/your account remains F2P, but after sometime you start being able to play decks that actually have value. And after playing for 6 months or more you can even earn enough cards and currency to build decks for $100+, all without putting any of your own money into L2. Thus my question about the difference between F2P and budget decks.
