I love your blogs. They bring me to a place I will never visit but yet feel I know. One of my best friends (I met her in a writing course) was from Bengal. It was from her that I learned about Rabindranath Tagore. She spoke so highly of him that I looked into his life and actually wrote a small book for children about him. I thought it would be a congenial way to introduce Western children to new ideas, and history.
So you see, when I read your posts, I have these impressions in my head and you bring them to life.
