I like the closeup of the doorway. Those figures help me imagine the St. Petersburg of Dostoyevsky and Tolstoy. Especially Dostoyevsky. I came across The Idiot when I was an adolescent and was wandering around the local library. The book was a revelation. I fell in love with 'The Russians', and plowed through them, one after the other. Thank heavens they were prolific :)))
