Although I am closer in age to 80 rather than 70, I have experienced few of the visual difficulties you address (at least I'm not aware of them). Dry eyes, so far, not an issue :) Cloudiness (cataracts) also not an issue though at my last visit the optometrist did note a 10% cataract in one eye. Nothing I notice, though. As for visual acuity--two weeks ago I threaded a needle without the aid of glasses, so still OK on that front 😄(although I have been dramatically myopic most of my life.)

There you have it. An update on my ocular health. I hope the rest of my body is in an equally fit state😁.
