Charlie Chaplin said that life is a comedy when viewed as a single day, but a tragedy when viewed as a whole.
I like that quote a lot. It in a way reflects my worldview. We go through our days knowing that each of us, not only us but everyone we love, will die. It is a tragedy that hangs like a cloud over us. We must ignore it in order to get on with life. Chaplin was a clever fellow.
I can't teach you anything, but we can teach each other by dialoguing. When we see differences we become aware of the fragility of our own perspective.
I wish you also a long life, @goldgrifin007.
