As is true for many people in the United States, my ancestry is quite mixed. My earliest ancestors in the U.S. came here in the 1600s. Since then there have been marriages between people of different heritages. In my case, those heritages include France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, England, Scotland, and most recently Sicily (in Italy). I'm sure there are other ancestries I don't know about, but those are the ones I do know.
