My husband does not understand this. When he is prescribed an antibiotic he becomes casual about the taking it exactly on time. I try to explain why timing is important, but that doesn't always work.
I remember my children's pediatrician told me sometimes to give them a double dose for the first dose and then schedule the remaining doses evenly. Have you every heard that suggestion?
