I'm sorry you feel that way this year, @gabmr. It's hard to see that emptiness in your collage, although I guess it is not exactly cheery. Still Santa looks willing and the sky is full of bursting stars.

The last few Christmases were periods of transition for me. Quiet. This year, I found more pleasure in making my family happy, as much as I could. That's a little different from the way kids view Christmas, but it's still nice.

Maybe you are in a period of transition :)

I hope the New Year and 2024 are richer for you.
