It's a ridiculous story. People sh-t themselves all the time during marathons. I remember watching Greta Waitz run in the NY Marathon with a roll of toilet paper because the stuff was oozing down her leg. It's a well known problem with distance runners. Don't know why this one is getting so much attention.
