You do capture the dynamic of the moment. The tension between different parts of our lives. It's like a bionic existence: some parts mechanical, some parts natural. Somehow we are learning to navigate this space that forces us to accommodate the two. But hasn't this been true ever since humans first discovered tools? The march to mastering the environment for our ends seems to be morphing into the challenge of maintaining our supremacy over the tools we have created.
Quite a journey we are on, we humans who keep striving and creating and mastering. Where will we end, on this beautiful planet we call earth? A planet we are consuming with our unquenchable appetite. Will our inventions be our tools, or is there a darker future for us in this nature/machine coexistence?
