You do chart everything, don't you :))

Systems are reassuring, and they certainly do allow for precision. How does your daughter feel about having her immediate driving future plotted so carefully?

I don't live like that, but I write like that. My life is 'approximate', but when I do research or write, I plot everything as you have plotted your daughter's anticipated progress.

Also when I (used to) go to a new place. I would get a map and memorize that map beforehand.
