I wasn't upset about it. I wished it didn't happen, but I figured they could fire me if they didn't like it. I tried, but it never balanced.

you should have a lot of patience in dealing with demanding costumers

Dealing with people seems to be one of my skills, although I don't enjoy it. Maybe because I come from a large family (six kids) and I was in the middle, I learned how to get along even with unpleasant people.
