I love this blog, because you make an observation about something I noticed a long time ago. Men need to socialize around something, side by side. My husband does it at his weekly card game. Even when

A map!! I do love maps. It's actually getting hard to find maps for some places. As for the roof...$15,000 doesn't sound that high to me. When we first moved in our current house I checked out prices on

The big guns are going to come out for Rogers. Banking industry has given him millions in the past and is already investing heavily.

I know it is slanted Everything is slanted. We have to do our own research on candidates. Of course the airwaves were saturated. Look at the money she had. Get ready for Rogers. I'll bet even Democrats

Too late to upvote this (left a tip instead), but I wanted to check in and tell you I watched both 1 and 2 since you mentioned them. Your review does them justice. I really, really liked both movies. Kind

Love the bread!! I can taste is, and better yet, smell it. I traveled in Spain (1967) and stayed in a pension for a couple of months, in Cadiz. Our inexpensive pension was above a bakery. Every morning

I've never been particularly fond of self promotion Me too. If you ever met me in real life, I'd be the woman in the corner, hoping no one will notice me :) I was on Linkedin, briefly. It wasn't for me.

Brings back memories of pleasant summers. Great pictures (especially the dog). I felt as though I was there. Enjoy :)
