Good Thursday, My Steem Family
As, it can be well noted from my choice of name, AGirlis, A Girl loves Thrones. Both book series and show series, make me scream with geeky fangasms.
One of the aspects, viewers enjoy most, is the scenery. While I love most of the casting on the show, I have to concede that Casterly Rock and Highgarden were a little underwhelming. While the Tower of Joy was outright perplexing.(D&D couldn't find a cylinder tower???I mean, come on...)
Also, I certainly wished to see a better representation of the Rock and the Reach in future episodes, the castle I'd like to showcase is Starfall. It has not yet appeared on the show, giving me hope we will get a more book-based representation when/if it finally does.

The ancestral seat of House Dayne is located near the Summer Sea in the Torentine of the western Red Mountains. It's sits on an island, boosting a tower called the Palestone Sword. A tower which guards the western arm of Dorne. The house was founded by the first member who followed the path of a shooting star to the location of what is now Starfall.

I found a grandiose castle that was built in the late XIX century. The Swallow's Nest was built in the South of Crimea near Yalta. As it is placed in a unique position, On the South coast of Crimea..it is seen as a symbol and a notable place of interest for visitors and native inhabitants alike.

The view, parts of the architecture and the amazing tower, made this site ideal to make George RR. Martin's castle, come to life.
I would love to view something comparable to this in the show next season , if the tides take us toward the Summer Sea and the seat of the former Kings of the Torentine. Maybe a bit of backstory on the famous Sword of the Morning, Arthur Dayne will take us there. A Girl can dream 😊🙃.
Well, this is only my vision. I would love to see what location you would cast for the infamous seat of the Sword of the Morning. Or any other location, not yet casted. Or for a Tower of Joy that IS actually a tower. LOL..
The notion to find a location for the lesser known Starfall crossed my mind while preparing an Amino Thrones Challenge. In so, a few members posted their ideal Game of Thrones location. Please give them a look if you like Thrones as much as I do. Use hashtag #ECLocations to locate the entries.

*In the aftermath of Robert's Rebellion, Ser Arthur Dayne, the Sword of the Morning, perished at the Tower of Joy. When Lord Eddard Stark returned Arthur's sword, the ancestral blade Dawn, to Starfall, Arthur's sister Ashara threw herself from the castle's Palestone Sword tower."
