The Peace Academy with @aggroed and @isaria // Episode 10 Show Notes and Audio // Msp-Waves Radio

We spent the first half of last week's show talking about emotions, conflict, time, and meditative reflection.

Then we shifted gears into an abundance discussion involving 2 initiatives that will help Steemians.

Mercury in Retrograde and the current conflicts that many are experiencing
Allowing time to heal when other conflict resolution methods don't seem to be working
Quiet meditation and reflection to achieve self awareness and insight as to what you are feeling, why the conflict is happening, and what you should do next
Discussion of last week’s Peace Academy Curriculum of Emotional Intelligence
Abundance discussion about Aggroed’s 2 new ideas: IVO (Initial Vote Offering) and the Steem Worker Proposal
