Greetings!

Welcome to the weekly edition of my "Daily Grind" series of blogs. In this blog, I again decided to make minor changes to my current Wild Nature deck in order for me to better match up with some decks that were able to pull come-from-behind wins whenever they were able to complete their combo cards at the later part of the match.

This past few days I noticed the popularity of decks that are able to pull creatures and spells from their void. One of the most annoying of them is the "Echocaster Deception" and some Death decks also utilize some cards that are able to pull creatures from the void. Once in a while when I am up against those said decks I almost get the win in the bag only for them to complete their combo and then pull a comeback. In response, I decided to add a card that is able to obliterate cards from the void, I chose Gleamweaver over Druids of the Cycle simply because Gleamweaver is cheaper at 2 mana as opposed to Druids of the Cycle's 4 mana.

Featured Match

In this featured match against "Olympian War," I thought I was going to lose at the end, but luckily my deck was able to keep up the pressure on my way to victory.

God Power: Selena's Mark

I always use Selena's Mark as my god power against any War deck archetype to mitigate creatures with protected and to provide some healing.

Mulligan

In mulligan, I am always looking for "Iron-tooth Goblin" and cards that cost 1 or 2 mana. I wasn't lucky to get Iron-tooth Gobline though.

1 Mana

I am going first, I played Nightleaf Hunter. My opponent played Wolf-cut Vanguard and killed Nightleaf Hunter.

2 Mana

I played Revivification. My opponent played Lykaios Adherent.

3 Mana

I played Celestial Stag. I went face with Pyreshell Beetle and chip some damage on Lykaios Adherent with Marshwalker. My opponent played Wolf Recruits.

4 Mana

I played Bladefly and went face with Marshwalker and Pyreshell Beetle. My opponent Magic Missile Launcher killed Pyreshell Beetle.

5 Mana

I played Celestial Stag and Iron-tooth Goblin to destroy my opponent's relic. I went face. My opponent played Ravenous Chimera and killed Celestial Stag.

5.1 Mana

I killed Ravenous Chimera with Iron-tooth Goblin. I played Feral Shapeshifter. I went face. I get Rune of Life from the Sanctum. My opponent played Incoming Raid to kill two of my creatures. My opponent played Athenian Archer.

6 Mana

I played Warrior of Paradise and I killed Athenian Archer. I went face. I I got Enraged Ally from the Sanctum and played it. My opponent played Reios, the Old Wolf, and killed Feral Shapeshifter.

6.1 Mana

I killed Reios, the Old Wolf using my god power, I played Forrestheart Dryad and Vanguard Axewoman. I went face. My opponent played White Fur Guard with 9/8 and protected.

7 Mana

I killed White Fur Guard I removed the protection of White Fur Guard using my god power and killed it using Lightning Strike and Rune of Fire. I went face and it is GG.
