Recently whatsapp release their update which includes features like group voice and video calling,
You can now make a group call with upto 4 people anytime & anywhere. Just start one on one voice or video call & tap the new "add recipient" button in the top right corner to add more contacts to the call. This feature is currently available for #iphone and #android versions.
