I personally liked the idea of WPS (Worker Proposal System) as it can really Improve Steem innovation, empowering all who seek to improve and develop on Steem if its checked and controlled in a good way.

EOS and BitShares also have Worker Proposal System.

There also could be some problems to a Worker proposal system.
