Life attimes treats it's habitants unfair. So unfair that we begin to doubt the possibility of scaling through these stages of life that shows up as storms, most especially the one with the rowling thunder.

There are these period of which I term as bitter leaf stages of one's life and anyone who has come across bitter leaf or have a taste of it would know where I'm driving at. Bitter leaf taste extremes bitter at first but after a while and exercising patience, this taste turns sweet.
These periods are times when most people don't know about except for close bonded people, who only even know about one's present circumstances but are unaware of how solutions could come through for their dearest person who's passing through the bitter leaf stage of their lives.

Same goes for me as a person who is definitely not an outcast of the human world. I've had times that got me striving hard on the outside but quiet, calm and scared on the inside like a still waters.
I was struggling between losing my job and dealing with a powerful man who wants to bring me down at all cost.

My actions speaks a very strong lady, who is never bowing to pressure, intimidation or abuse of power but in the darkest corner of my heart, where no one else can see except for myself, I was silently asking myself if I was doing the right thing standing up against an influential powerful man or better still just give an apology and be free from the troubles.

Even when family were applauding my courage, they were unaware of the inner me who's scared and discouraged about what life has decided to throw at her despite trying to be good. Not even when I refuse to inform them at the early stage of the issue because we were expecting a baby. That's one thing of joy I won't ever allow a bad news destroy.

In all of these, one thing was certain and remained with me, no matter how terrible what I'm passing through may be, I'm never bowing to the storm to be carried off. I will fight it till the storm stops and I am either seen as a winner or accord the compliment of fighting even when the lost battle was vivid.

My courage made me see the light at the end of the tunnel cos I had to walk through the shadows of oppression but I feared no evil and today I can boldly say that no matter who the person may be and their social status, as long as you're not in the wrong or fighting a false claim then it's worth fighting for and either you win or still lose, there is still a kind of ease that you tried fighting for that cause.
