Yeahh that quote was indeed an attractive one that calls the reader to go deeper.
This is such a great book one should actually ready cos growth truly doesn't reckon with what you are as that's an achievement but the process of you becoming what you are, creating a difference between what you've once being to what you eventually become is growth and just a simple shift in reasoning would actually cause that..... Becoming a more better person than what you are before
