Am awake!
I'm watching the rising Sun
How it moves with stealth
Burning up the thick clouds of yesterday
That late night moon froze up.

I'm watching the sun in yonder hills
I can see d'cloud purple black balloons
Giving way to the king of smiles
Whose crown sparkled many rays

Birds are scrambled in their nests
Village children are sitting astride fire places
Roasting fishes from fishing nets
Some on their mothers back
Walking farmwards through bushes

'Igbo men' are hurriedly opening their shops
Public servants and workers are jostling in the traffic
Caused by rustling buses

But am watching , waiting, wanting to know what the Sun said to daybreak!
What did nature hear?
What is the cause of its motions ?

........
Is it true?
My little cock crowed , saying
"Nature is a machine
And the sun is it's fuel
We are all part of its working process and parts"
