This is a good way to steem over the spammers. What about fraud, schemes, MLM's, and so on? Duplicate posts are one thing to flag. I don't want to be using the FaceBook model of mute or hide the content

I'm excited to see how the Steemit staff will address this. I think some of the scenarios like duplication or stolen content can be detected in that time frame. Possibly the payout accumulated by these
