What a great way to have fruit as a snack. The Mango one is by far my favourite. The flavour is more concentrated and sweet.

Lay out the fruit puree on separate Teflex sheets, you can play around with these and make patterns, just make sure it’s all the same thickness.

Dehydrate at 43 degrees Celsius for 6 hours. Peel and turn over fruit leather onto mesh and dehydrate for a further 2 hours.

Cut into strips, roll into rolls.

Healthy delicious snacks!
