Here's my newest video, answering a question I get often, especially from people working in a group.

The Pink Elephant is something we need to avoid within a group, but it is funny how often I manage a group where one exists. Everyone knows it's there, but due to the need to avoid conflict, it remains a topic that just isn't spoken about.
