If they vote with it, (which I am not opposed to) it reduces the value of other votes and also it is still likely to get on the market. If I owned the stake I would put it to work. They seem to not want

With the massive amount of stake they mined one of the early things they agreed to in order for the chain to seem less centralized was to not vote with their stake so as to not overly influence the growth
