Chaos Legion packs are a great addition to the reward pool. It's a nice reward to earn, it will empty the pool of CL packs faster which is good card prizes in the near future and it increases the chance

At level 4 it gains one extra melee point. That was the point that I started to use it in my Silver & Gold league games. Before that I really didn't like this card.
