hoy paso por aqui para compartir mi deliciosa cena muy rápido de preparar, y para esta oportunidad hice platano con queso y mantequilla al horno, por lo general me encanta mucho el platano como me lo ponga 🥰
aqui paso a paso como lo prepare 🤗

primeramente picamos el platano por la mitad,
luego lo colocamos en una olla con agua y momtamos a cocinar

Cuando el platano ya este blandito le quitamos la concha y lo picamos por la mitad le agregamos mantequilla y queso lo colocamos en una tortera y lo llevamos al horno por 10 minutos
