I agree perfectly. And that is why the rich are getting richer while the poor are becoming poorer. The rich see opportunities and take the risk, knowing that if it works out, they will become richer. But the poor see opportunities and call it scam and even discourage others from trying. How bad it would always and ever be if the rich man's earning gets capped.
