Hi great and wonderful ulogers, I hope you all are doing very well. I am doing just well too. I just want to share my experience with you on my trip to a far land in the south western state of Nigerian. The state is precisely called Osun state.
I left home as early as 8:00am, I had to join a couple of other people to embark on the journey. We were going to attend the final burial ceremony of the father of one of our friends. We agreed on a rendezvous point where we'd all move but people didn't arrive early and as such our trip did not start until about an hour later.
Lest I forget, we took along with us a goat which we later slaughtered on getting to our destination. The journey started and all was smooth until about an hour later when we got to a town that had it's road very bad. We had to move slow and steady, entering a pothole to another. At a point, even the goat in the bus protested. It kept bleating very annoyingly. Then we started moving into thick bus paths and we all got pissed because the road was terrible. All the same, we cracked jokes, told stories, some true, some untrue and in the end we got to this small town which was our destination.
The town is called Iragberi in Osun state, Nigeria. The people there are not much, very friendly and calm. The town's principal occupation is farming ; the varied crops selection includes cocoa, coffea, cassava, yam and maize. The neighbouring towns include: Awo,Iwoye,Ara and Aato. The sons and daughters of this ancient town are well read and traveled.
Whenever you have the opportunity to visit my country Nigeria, please do try and visit Iragberi in Osun state. I am sure you will be amazed.
Thanks @surpassinggoogle for this opportunity. Thank you great ulogers. Have a nice time.
