Slavery is the practice of owning human beings as property, especially for use as forced labourers.
This is said to have been abolished several years ago, but unfortunately, this scourge against humanity exist in this present day. Modern slavery is around us yet we are blind to see it. It is a great sin before our eyes.
Today, just because the poor crave for better life and condition, they are being tricked and exploited all in the name of providing help for them. These poor people are trafficked, their vital organs are sold, they are used for prostitution and many other things not to be heard of.
People desperately leave their countries for other countries better than the one they live in to search for greener pastures but unfortunately because of their ignorance and desperation, their rights are being infringed. It is high time the government put an end to all of these illicit acts.
Everyone deserves a better life and better condition. Strict policies should be in place guiding against slavery in any form, the government should look into things that could positively affect the lives of people. Modern Slavery must stop at all cost. LET'S PUT AN END TO THIS TOGETHER!!
