i'm here with another mandala today :)

hello steemers, and my good friends,
i share this mandala today , i paint and colored it with my neon colors ,
i try to use happy colors to paint my mandalas, and sometimes only black and white

i draw some dark blue dots to cover the outside circle ,i think its cute :)
drawing mandalas is something everyone can do it just with patience , and a little creativity
