Even though my Titans had quite a terrible season, I still love football and these upcoming playoffs look like they're going to be really really exciting! Truly, every single one of these matchups look to be thrilling! All six Wild Card games look very evenly matched in my opinion. I won't be shocked at all about any results this weekend as it really feels like anything can happen.
The depth of these playoffs really does astound me. EVERY single team that made the playoffs achieved double digit win totals! Crazy! Serious competition! Whoever wins the Super Bowl will really have earned it.
As deep as the playoff teams are this season, what blows my mind even more is, the top seeds in each conference look outstanding in the Chiefs and Lions. I mean the more I look at this bracket the more impressed I am.
When it comes to QB play, these playoffs are full to the brim with talent. The only quarterback missing from these playoffs is Joe Burrow who had an epic regular season. If he and the Bengals were in the playoffs, it would have been nuts.
Other than the Bengals though, these playoffs give me serious early 2000's vibes when Brady, the Manning brothers, Brett Favre, Big Ben, Drew Brees, Steve McNair, Philip Rivers were all in the playoffs year in and year out.
We are now pretty much smack dab in the middle of the 20's and the new era is here in a BIG way when it comes to QBs. These quarterbacks offer a little of everything. Rookies/young QBs to established veterans. Pocket passers and more mobile signal callers. Historic stuff!
On top of it all, the Chiefs are aiming to accomplish a three-peat! Unbelievable!
Simply put, there are dominant teams in the playoffs and several LIVE dark horses everywhere!
Anything can happen and the unpredictability of these playoffs feels off the charts! Besides the Bengals, it feels like the true top teams made the playoffs. No flukes this year! Even the four teams I left out are solid.
