Coming in at number 10 in my running back rankings for 2023 is Miles Sanders.
I've always liked Miles's game. He runs like a bullet with great vision. He does not hesitate when hitting holes or making cuts. He's a quality pass catcher out of the backfield too as he caught 50 passes as a rookie in 2019.
Miles spent his first four seasons with the Eagles after the team drafted him in the second round in 2019. Miles has dealt with injuries a bit, but nearly every running back has. Despite this, Miles still has never ran for less 754 yards in a season and he's still managed to eclipse 1,000 yards from scrimmage in three of his four seasons as a pro.
Miles was finally healthy for a full season in 2022 and he had a career year, rushing for 1,269 yards and scampering for 11 touchdowns.
Miles was finally healthy for a full season and the Eagles went to the Super Bowl......
Just joking LOL, there's a lot of reasons why the Eagles were dominant in 2022, I just happen to think Miles Sanders played a bigger role than most people realize.
Miles is now on the Panthers, joining a rookie QB in Bryce Young, in a weak NFC South division. Miles can really open people's eyes in 2023 if he can help that team push for a playoff spot.
