Hello Fam馃槝 I want to share with you my Wednesday walk out of the office I appreciate dreemport@dreemport for this initiative because I barely take a walk when I resume the office.
This is what my routine looks like before I get to the office. I make sure I have all I need for the day because I won't leave my desk to get anything still closed of business (COB).

When I saw this challenge I just thought to myself go out and see what is happening around me so I can gist my HIVE family馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ.

So I walked down the road from my office premises, and guess what I saw? Hmm a building called Shine.

So I asked someone why that building was named Shrine. The person said the place was named after a great Icon in Nigeria, Fela Anikulapo, and the place is named after him, Fela Shrine. then the name rang a bell, I have been hearing of this place but trust me, I never knew it was so close to me Wow! I'm so happy I took this Wednesday Walk challenge; this week's challenge is my BEST challenge! so far. So I picked up an interest in knowing what activities they carry out there.
The narration got my attention: "Shrine does not support hard drugs." I saw a lot of people smoking and drinking, and some guys asked me if I wanted to get drugs. The amazing thing was that I saw a lot of beautiful ladies over there enjoying the company of those smoking, drinking, and sharing in the smoke.
Then I ask myself, What are these people doing outside during working hours? I will sit in the office for over 8 hours while some people are out there enjoying life. Then I realized we don't have to take this life so hard; we should make something good and fun out of it.
***Today is a gift; tomorrow is not a guarantee. Let every day count and be enjoyable.

However, the narration, "Shrine does not support hard drugs," still amazes me because people are lobbying around the place doing all this and appearing funny and displaced. Then I saw a guy sleeping on a chair.

According to the information I heard concerning the guy, he has been on that chair since 6:30 a.m., so the guy had been on drugs. I was wowed. I didn't try to criticize because I didn't want to be beaten by those guys whose faces weren't smiling.

My Experience
It was a wonderful experience, I was able to speak to one or two people and realized that some people stay in that place because of a lack of accommodation and other basic needs, even though many of them are good-looking and educated. and I asked, what if they get support and get them vocational training? Will they do it? and they said yes.
So I got an idea that I'm willing to propose to my company a community service, also known as CSR, in a little way to reach out to people where we can bring any old stuff we no longer use. I hope this idea will be taken.
