Thanks! I moved to a new area in the past year, and my allergies are worse than they've ever been. My Zyrtec doesn't always do the trick, unfortunately.

Iceberg lettuce doesn't even really have any nutritional value, so if you're going to eat salad, choose spinach or kale. Both are wonderful for you.
