oh yes of course! Don't want kitty to get cold. Birds can't be left wet either or they can die if their feathers are too wet. Need to take no heat blow dry to birds feathers because heat can hurt them too. Birds are so sensitive. @tydynrain 🌟🙏😊💚🌅🌄
