My nephew and I walked his dog this morning. We walked a mile and the dog and my nephew were tired so we went home.

I walked part way up the hill and back to get in my 5000 steps. That many steps is really good for me.
I did some ballet barre yesterday for a half an hour or more and it was hard. I hadn鈥檛 done ballet barre for months. I also did some yoga the day before that and I got super sore. All I need to do after each of these activities is get on the mat and stretch and then it doesn鈥檛 hurt anymore. Ballet and yoga don鈥檛 record on the Fitbit as far as I know.
