Is this time of the year when all salon are filled with people who want to beautify themselves either by making hair or painting their nails 💅, I have go to three different salons to see if I can change my nail polish but unfortunately they are all busy so I decided to do it myself and share the experience with you friends.

I bought the needed tools and sat down on my caoch and did it myself, let me show you the process.

Tools needed.

  • Cotton wool
  • Nail polish remover
  • Cuticle pusher
  • Nail file
  • Nail hardner
  • Blue ocean nail polish

Steps of changing my nail polish myself.

Step one is to clean 🫧 up the old nail polish with cotton wool soaked with nail polish remover, that took like 3-4 minutes because it has stayed way too long.

After cleaning I used the cuticle to remove all dirt on the edges of the nail, it was a little bit painful so I was careful not to get myself hurt 🤕 on the process.

With the file I filed off the strong paint and the edges of the nails to make it more clean and free from fungi

Then I moved to the second step, I applied the nail hardner and allowed it to dry that took like 2mins.

Then after it dried I applied the pink colored nail polish 💅 and allowed it dry, which also took 2 minutes.

When it's dry I applied the nail hardner on it, to make it look more smart and shiny.

I used a little cotton wool soaked with nail remover to clean up the edges

And finally it came out so beautiful.

I have saved some funds for myself that I can use for other things, tho I missed the pampering and relaxation in the salon but I am still happy I can do it myself and get it look beautiful ❤️.

So am not going to cross over to 2026 with ugly dirty looking nails 💅.
