I had a wonderful day today with my friends and family! I woke up next to my girlfriend and was able to have a nice lunch and hang out with her while working on things during the day. Then I was able to go out with the family for dinner and we ran to the store for a second as well! For dinner I had a wonderful rack of ribs I shared with my brother and then for dessert we all shared my favorite, a Hot Fudge Sunday! Before that we had run to the store where I got some non perishable foods including my favorite item I got from the store and the item that is pictured, the American Themed Yogurt Covered Pretzels! Boy are they tasty! I am working in getting back into eating better and working out again, and hoping to see a serious change coming soon in this, but while I am still not being to strict on my diet and workout, I like to enjoy the best the world has to offer!
