I'm sure all of us know the feeling of checking CMC, or going on the exchanges, and seeing some cryptocurrencies absolutely skyrocketing but having no idea why.
Of course cryptocurrencies do just get pumped and dumped for no reason at all, or can be flat for months, and then suddenly go parabolic. But many times the pumps that you see are the result of new tech releases, news, being added to a new exchange, or other developments with a cryptocurrency, and there is a way to find out beforehand and then sell the news when it happens.
There are many websites out there for this, but the best, and most user friendly one I've found is http://coinmarketcal.com.
The website is a calendar that keeps you up to date with the latest events for every cryptocurrency. As you scroll down you can see dates and details, and you can sort by Last Added, or Hot Events, which puts the most important events for the top cryptocurrencies first.
Many times these are market moving events, and using a calendar can help you get in on a cryptocurrency a few weeks in advance, and position yourself for a quick trade and some decent profits.
Hope that helped some of you, it took me a while to figure this out myself!
Let me know if there any any events you're looking to trade in the next couple of months! 馃殌
